Based on comps, which are $240K-$260K, they take a leap of faith and head to the auction where they win the house for $180K. It's always nerve wracking to buy a house sight-unseen, but while walking through the house with their contractor, Dan Messina, it seems to be mostly cosmetic and can be done for 30K in 30 days.
