Despite its central location, Brent and John have been divided on their historical home since the day they found it. Brent loves their old neglected house and is willing to use some inherited funds to update it, but for John, it's the size and scope of the renovation that scares him and he thinks they'd be better off purchasing a new place. Entering to help resolve this disagreement are Designer Hilary and Realtor David. Hilary and her team will try to create an entertaining space and to update this century old Victorian home to make it happily liveable, while David sets out to find this couple a manageable move in ready home. With two solutions, John and Brent will have to decide- will they love their old home again or will they list it?
