When Sarena and Flare bought this 1100 square foot house in the city, they were eager to embrace the next chapter of their relationship. Despite the dream location, one year after their big move, Flare's feelings for this house have completely changed. She doesn't feel it's a home that will allow for creating a family, but Serena thinks they can make it work. Stepping into the mix are designer Hilary and realtor David, each with their own set of plans to make this family happy.
