Homeowners Andrew and Nancy bought a converted triplex in a great neighborhood. They soon discovered the problems the conversion caused with functionality. Andrew has worked in their home to improve the aesthetics of the home, but the lack of functionality remains. Designer Hilary and her team come in to transform their home into a space they can use. At the same time, realtor David shows the couple homes that meet their needs. After the renovations in their home, and seeing other listings, Andrew and Nancy must decide what to do with their home.
