The contestants deal with a mystery-box challenge that involves an unusual ingredient and a limited pantry; Season 3 winner Christine Ha introduces the the three proteins for tonight's elimination challenge, and the judges allow the winner of the mystery box challenge the chance to choose from chicken, catfish, or live dungeons crab for one cook to use, and then one of the other two proteins for the rest of the challengers to cook with. Christine Ha helps judge the elimination challenge and one contestant is sent home. |
