Bent on an agenda to take over the world, the penguins' mad dolphin nemesis, Dr. Blowhole, kidnaps King Julien in an effort to lure the flightless force into a trap so that he can annihilate them once and for all. It's up to the penguins to spring the trap before Blowhole's plan to flood the Earth comes to fruition. |
