We return to a large detached property in Wimbledon that Dion saw in 2020. It was ripe for development, with planning permission in place to convert it from four flats to seven. Dion is also in Nottingham to see a four-bed semi with the rather unusual sight of numerous fridges littering the back yard. Martin is in Ebbw Vale to see a three-bed mid-terrace that is riddled with damp. |
