Chef Robert Irvine quickly sees why the Caseyville Cafe in Caseyville, Ill., is failing: From the kitchen to the servers, the staff have completely overrun Diane and Robin's restaurant, costing this Mother-Daughter team tens of thousands of dollars -- and their relationship.
