After noticing disparities in sales receipts and inventory with his high-end Italian deli meats, Chef Marc, owner of Parma in Las Vegas, contacts Charles and the Mystery Diners for help. Mystery Diner Shane goes undercover as a busboy and discovers one of Marc's employees is down on his luck and may be using restaurant supplies for personal gain. |
