Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig host Dessert Week as the baking contest crosses the half-way point. The signature challenge is an elegant and challenging bake with a lot of delicate layers, while the technical round will test the bakers' ability to pull off delicate assembly and precise decoration. Finally, for the Showstopper, they must create a spherical celebration cake.
