Next, it's substitution time as chefs make Philly cheesesteaks without hoagie rolls, beef, bell peppers or provolone. Finally, chefs try their luck at bowling in hopes of making a hometown favorite that will win them up to $20,000 and a spot in the Redemption Tournament finale. |
