Michelin-starred Chef Richie Farina hits the road in search of innovative culinary competitions, and he's found one at the Pima County Fair outside Tucson, Arizona. He takes on Dominic Palmieri's Duck Sliders with Flaming Hot Cheetos and Caramel Apple Slaw, served with a side of bacon fat tater tots. Richie has just 24 hours to come up with his own version of Dominic's crazy concoction before a head-to-head cook-off, judged by fairgoers, decides the winner. |
