Noah Cappe goes loco for Sunshine State snacks at the Manatee County Fair in Palmetto, Fla. There's lots of ooey-gooey goodness in the Pizza Supremo Burrito and the Ulti-Melt Burger, but it's the Sandia Loca that has Noah flipping out.
