Victor and Carolina are newlyweds, but with 3 dogs and a new baby on the way, they soon realized their tiny cottage with 6 foot ceilings and 700 square feet just wouldn't work. Instead of moving, they decided to what else - rip off their roof and double their living space by adding a new 2nd floor. Under the direction of licensed contractor John DeSilvia, the couple finishes their 2nd floor, a brand new deck..and even a special project for their new baby. With some old fashioned hard work, this couple hopes to turn their cottage into the house of their dreams and keep their budget at least 10 thousand bucks lighter. |
