Homeowners Tom and Kathryn purchased a "fixer- upper" and had plans to renovate the home over a span of 2 years. With their deadline fast approaching, licensed contractor John DeSilvia steps into to show the couple how to conserve the last bit of their renovation budget while creating the perfect kitchen.
