While on vacation, Elroy runs away with Astro, after the strict robotic activities director forbids Astro to be with the family, who seem to be taking the robot's side over Elroy. During this time, he runs into a secret, trash zone where obsolete, living tools rebel against the dictator, the Wicked Wrench of the West. |
