Tyler eagerly welcomes his new student government to the state leadership summer retreat, hosted by school board president Eric Rice. Hadley wonders why everyone isn't using the time to prepare for the forthcoming school year, while Tyler can't get over the fact that his cabinet exhibits the least leadership qualities of any other school, by far.
