In Calp, Jo and Andrew Alderton go house hunting with retired couple Martin and Janet, who have a budget of 375,000 euros to spend on the perfect pad for themselves and their beloved pup Bella. Later, the Aldertons and their staff take a break from the office to enjoy a scenic cycle-ride with a side order of team bonding.
