Polygamy is considered by devout followers to be the purest form of Mormonism, though it remains highly controversial to the outside world. Nearly 30 years ago, a group of polygamists formed the town of Centennial Park in Arizona, to practice their religious freedom openly. In the first episode of this new series we meet five members of the town. Arthur, one of the town's founders; Hyrum, a senior missionary; Arthur's son Ezra; and Isaiah, who, at age 31, already has two wives and five children. |
