Cesar Millan and his son Andre visit Philadelphia, where they work with a nonprofit that rescues dogs and trains them for the police force.The duo helps her rehabilitate a biting Belgian Malinois named Sting. The dog has huge potential, but his bad habits are holding him back from becoming a police dog. Then they come to the aid of a retired couple who own a dog that is disturbing the peace and quiet of retirement. |
