During a busy spring bank holiday, the traffic cops deal with the effects of drink and drugs. A dangerous drunk, unlicensed and uninsured driver leads officers on a 20-minute chase through busy areas, while a suspected drugged driver runs across a supermarket car park to avoid arrest. The victims of a hit-and-run incident report a man who denies he was at the wheel. |
