Then we visit Houston, Texas, and lift the lid on The Rice Box for the tastiest Chinese take-out on wheels featuring general tso chicken and a golden doomba special. Next it's a trip to San Francisco, to chow down at 3-Sum Eats whose mouthwatering selection of apps, mains and desserts means one is never enough. Whether it's mac and cheese spring rolls, a cornflake-encrusted chicken sandwich or a compost cookie, good things certainly come in threes. Finally, we wrap things up in Nashville at the Wrapper's Delight truck where a hip-hop inspired truck has pimped out its menu with ginger-glazed chicken, grilled tilapia in coconut cream and even a peanut butter and banana wrap for all the sweet-tooth shorties out there.
