Eat Street starts by hitting L.A. to feast on Sushi at the Jogasaki truck, Japanese cuisine with a Mexican twist. From there we say aloha to Opal's Thai Truck in Honolulu, as we sample their Pad Thai, Penang Curry and Drunken Noodles. It's an experience where you definitely get more bang-kok for your buck. Next we roll on down to Las Vegas, Nev., to really heat things up at the Sloppy Jo's truck whose concept revolves around one special ingredient, the New Mexican hatch chile that's used in every dish. Last but not least, we visit South Carolina for some magical stuffed chicken wings at the 2Fat2Fly truck. |
