When 17-year-old Arthur is thrown into the harbor, Candice learns he was binge drinking, an activity she's never heard of. The young man survives, but the case strikes close to home for Candice, as she's having problems with her own teenager, Emma. In the end, it's these very difficulties as a mother that help her crack Arthur's case. |
