Paula and Mike found their 1933 Tudor house two and a half years ago, and at the time about 12 people were living there and the place was filthy. But Paula and Mike saw potential and snapped the home up. Since then, they have refinished the floors, painted walls, refurbished the fireplace and renovated the basement with new carpet and paint. They have also redone the bathroom and worked on the landscaping, adding a fence in the backyard. Now it's finally the kitchen's turn, with its cracked, dirty countertops, exposed wiring, nasty linoleum flooring and faux backsplash. |
