Dog is going to be the keynote speaker at the annual Profession Bail Agents convention in Las Vegas, but before he leaves he's got to clear two cases from his docket--Heidi and Stephanie. Heidi is a check forger who's failed to make a court appearance. And Stephanie is one tough cookie--she's a fugitive with a history of car theft, burglary, and drug abuse.
