Johann meets with Anna. He orders her to disappear from Gdańsk. The danger of Franz meeting her is too great. At the same time, Franz buys the book "Venus in Furs" from a street seller. On the street he meets Engel, who informs him that he is looking for a Polish prostitute involved in the death of Kessler's adjutant and the hunt for an enemy radio station operating in Gdańsk. Thanks to the book he bought, Franz deciphers a clue sent from London about how to damage a new torpedo tested by the Germans. When Ilse asks Franz about the cipher she found, Franz convinces her that it is part of his job as an Abwehr officer. |
