At one of the biggest events of her career, Kathy Fang and her team work a multi-day San Francisco tech convention that brings thousands of professionals into Fang. Adding extra pressure is a 500-person party with her husband, Caleb, headlining. For the first time ever, Kathy opens all three floors of the restaurant, putting her expansion plans to the ultimate test. Kathy needs her staff to work double shifts and must even hire an additional serving team to pull off this enormous culinary endeavor. |
