Squirrel's Nest is not only a workshop, but also a place you can come if you're struggling. It's a part of the Men's Shed movement, which encourages men to open up about mental health, grief and loneliness. It has been a lifeline for its members, but its future is now in danger.Mandy Thomas is a photographer and has been coming to The Nest for years.
