First up, a woman is incensed by her neighbor's parking and takes revenge--on her car! Then, a dog owner allows her pooch to poop on a neighbor's lawn. She doesn't pick up but her neighbor is watching and has a surprise in store. Another young neighbor wants to show off his driving skills but ends up with a serious dent to his pride.
