Teacher Yazz and landscape gardener Mark have sold up in London and moved back to Devon to restore a large but run-down farmhouse while living in a static caravan or the duration of the build. But their plans go awry when they find out that their farmhouse isn't 200 years old but actually much older, and, consequently, they find themselves owning a listed building with many stipulations. |
