George meets Matt, who bought a Victorian terrace in Laceby with a derelict bakery in the back garden. Most people would have knocked it down or used it for storage but not Matt. He hatched a plan to convert it into a home for his sister Charlene and nephew Louis. A home on one level would be life-changing for them, but the renovation isn't easy, as Matt wants to work to a tight £50k budget and do most of the work himself. |
