As Noel and Sue battle whether they should build a property, or buy a fixer upper, their grand designs could be scuppered at the first hurdle when the estate agent comes over to value their house. And the family pie business is nominated for a prestigious award, but a feud between Chloe and Luke threatens to ruin their chances of making it to the ceremony.
