Week three and it's a weather presenter's day out, as Derek's first walk sees him shown around beautiful Three Cliffs Bay in Gower by his weather team colleague Behnaz Akhgar. She tells him about her life in Iran before moving to Wales and why Three Cliffs Bay is her favourite place in the world. Next it's Powys and to the market town of Welshpool. Derek uncovers some of its hidden history before taking a stroll through the Powis estate deer park, and marvelling at Powis Castle with its bizarre yew hedges.
