In this episode Anjum decides to create some holiday memories for her family by putting an Indian spin on a classic picnic. Kicking off with a traditional homemade Indian cheese known as paneer, she also makes a delicious five-seeded potato salad and some spicy salmon parcels cooked outdoors. |
