Jayde Adams welcomes three lovers of fusion food to compete in the culinary challenge, with one mixing American and Asian recipes, another drawing on his Indian and Italian roots, and the third putting a vegan spin on classic dishes. They are put to the test with a mushroom-based dish and a new twist on the classic cheese toastie before one of them exits the show, leaving the remaining contestants to produce a unique variation on a takeaway meal. |
