Mathieu, a dentist, throws his young assistant in the middle of the night over the balcony railing on the 7th floor. He had planned his move well, first by dressing up to look like Daniela, his former assistant, fired for nearly killing a patient by injecting him with an anesthetic to which he was allergic. But also by drugging his wife to put her to sleep the time to commit her misdeed, leaving her convinced that he stayed with her all night. But a plant, which will gradually lose its leaves after the night of the crime, will alert Captain Louise Bonne, in charge of the investigation. |
