Young people in Helsinki have been dying from drug overdoses due to a new synthetic heroin that is imported from Russia. The "Russian Mafia" in Saint Petersburg suspects that Victor and his ne'er-do-well brother Aleksei are responsible for bringing in the fake heroin, and threaten both brothers, as well as Viktor's girlfriend Marja. |
