After Yuriko falls during a crowded rush hour at one of Tokyo's train stations, she, Jun, and Ippei stop to rest. The people seem to be going to the 1/8 Plan: Section S-13 Application Center. Yuriko asks the others to wait, as she smells a newsworthy story. However, she is processed into the new program that shrinks humans due to overpopulation. When she awakens, she realizes she has shrunk. |
