It's Halloween and everyone in Pontypandy is looking forward to the big party at the Floods' house. Norman Price gets into the Halloween spirit by pretending Pontypandy is haunted by a ghost, but then manages to set the Floods' house on fire. Firemen Sam and Cridlington, and Station Officer Steele come to the rescue. |
