The civil war between the Autobots and the Decepticons has relocated to a planet far from Cybertron, Earth. There, a new breed of Transformers emerges, when a multicultural family adopts them, ensuring their survival and the ties they make to their lineage.

Transformers is an animated television series depicting a war between giant robots who could transform into vehicles, animals, and other objects.

The Autobots must stop a colossal planet consuming robot who goes after the Autobot Matrix of Leadership. At the same time, they must defend themselves against an all-out attack from the Decepticons.

Headmasters starts with Galvatron leading a new batch of Destrons to wage war on Seibertron, the Destron Headmasters. The Cybertrons are rescued by the arrival of the Cybertron Headmasters, led by Fortress (Cerebros, the head of Fortress Maximus). It is revealed that Fortress left Seibertron millions of years ago in search of energy, and have finally managed to come home. He explains that the Headmasters are from a planet called Master; the human-sized robots who live there built themselves Transformers-sized bodies.

Trapped on a primitive planet, two opposing factions, the Maximals and the Predacons, of Transformers, a race of sentient robots, fight over its precious Energon. Soon they discover that there are other forces at work on the planet - a powerful alien race that does not approve of their presence. And as they delve deeper into the planet's history, they uncover a terrible secret, one that must not be allowed to fall into the wrong hands, or their entire race's very existence could be threatened. Beast Wars was a spin-off from the 80s Transformers cartoon. It was later followed by Beast Machines, which continues this show. Another interesting series to note that Beast Wars may have started as Beast Wars Neo, completely done in Japanese and yet to be dubbed; it is vaguely reminiscent of Gundam Wing, and many other popular mobile suit animes.

The Maximals awaken on their home planet of Cybertron and are chased by mindless Vehicons created by Megatron. The Maximals must free the planet from Megatron and restore it to its real way of living.

The evil Gigatron has led his forces of Destrongers to Earth, where they seek to pillage the planet for its vast energy resources in order to fuel their war against the Autobots. If successful, the Destrongers will finally be able to tip the scale of power in the war to their favor, eliminating the Autobots and moving on to conquer the universe. To this end, the Destrongers kidnap the scientist Dr. Ohnishi, Earth's leading scientist on energy and natural resources.Dr. Oonishi's son, Koji, is contacted by none other than Fire Convoy, who takes the boy on a mission to rescue his father. Although Fire Convoy and the other Autobots fight valiantly, they are unable to rescue the doctor from the Destrongers. Now it is up to the Autobots and Koji to rescue Dr. Oonishi and protect the Earth and its resources from Gigatron and his army.

Far across the universe, a fierce battle rages on the distant planet of Cybertron. There, the heroic Autobots and evil Decepticons clash over a set of robots called the Mini-Cons, whose power can enhance a Transformer's abilities in battle. Realizing that the battle for the Mini-Cons was proving too costly, the Transformers sent the Mini-Cons away from Cybertron in a large vessel, but when the vessel crash lands on a remote planet, it sets off a chain of events that ultimately leads to the heated rivalry between the Autobots and Decepticons being contested on Earth.Once on Earth, the battle for the Mini-Cons begins anew, with the Autobots gaining new human allies in their quest to locate all the valuable "Smart tools" before the Decepticons can use their power to achieve dominion over the galaxy...but as the battle rages, a greater evil lurks in the shadows, the giant planet-killer Unicron...

In the new series, Optimus Prime and the Autobots face the greatest danger in all eternity, a menace that threatens not only the survival of the Transformers, but the very existence of Cybertron, the home of the Transformers race, and the universe itself.
