In this episode, Housing Officer Sandra Proctor faces a dilemma - the homeless grandson of an elderly tenant has moved in, against the rules, and now will not leave his grandmother in peace.Housing Manager Karen Hyland struggles to move three families with overcrowding problems in an ambitious three-way swap, and Housing Officer Lee Holden tries to keep the peace on an estate where a large group of tenants have been left in limbo, following cuts in the regeneration budget. |
