A film directed by a son who wants to understand his father. Therefore the film acts as an expression on what the Son understand of his father. After the father lost a leg in an accident, he seeps into a deep depression. To look after the now immobile father, the son has no choice but to give up a lot of things, and this makes him slightly disgruntled. Unable to move around anymore, the father slams the drawer, the only thing within his reach, repeatedly. Due to a lack of understanding towards the father’s condition, the son is provoked into reacting in an unloving and defiant manner. However, through a series of unnatural circumstances, the son is put into his father’s shoes and goes through his father’s amputation, the trauma and, finally, the depression, where he experiences firsthand the feeling of being trapped in a room. All this leads him to come into a new light, understanding his father’s plight.
