Two people outside of normal society are thrown together by mysterious forces, and face a battle for survival that only one can win. Ewan, a forty-something alcoholic and gun for hire, lives alone in a squat plagued by nightmares of his troubled past involving a dead girlfriend and her young daughter. Then late one night trouble arrives in the shape Rebecca, a beautiful young woman brought up on the streets with an attitude to match. She’s on her first ‘job’ and is out to prove herself. Over the course of a few hours one night, Ewan and Rebecca go head to head, both fighting for survival. As they engage in a battle of wits, Ewan slowly comes to realize that the game is up for him and that Rebecca is not who she seems. As for Rebecca… she learns that sometimes we aren’t always in control of our own destinies. |
