Johnny is a special Texas traveler with hidden talent. His multiple personalities have unique musical and mathematical skills. When offered a job in a Hill Country Honkytonk, Johnny becomes a singing Janitor that helps turn the struggling bar into the hottest bar in Texas! This unique film was shot in Kendall County Texas in Boerne, and Kendalia. The entire cast and crew are Texans and it is the first film for the Director, Writer and Producer, Michael T. Gregory. This film combines light hearted comedy with country and western music using the talents of three Texas musicians: Lance Schaefer (Boerne), Ranzel Kendrick (Austin) and Ms. Kasey Lansdale (Nacogdoches). The script handles ‘Johnny’ mental condition (multiple personalities) as a positive condition that allows him to be musically inclined, mathmatically enhanced and socially acceptable. His lisp disappears when he sings and his alter ego, Steve, keeps the other ego’s and Johnny’s life in order. We are in the process of gaining musical rights for the music we use and this will be done in by the end of February. This is our first film so it’s a bit rough, but the story, the music and the cast put forth a tremendous effort. For most, it was their first time ever being involved in a film. It is my hope that someone/group with vision can see the potential of this story, this film and takes in on for greater production.
