Johnny Gold is a rising star in a NJ crime family in this edgy and gripping tale of power and deceit. Johnny, who is a degenerate gambler, has been under control by the boss because he wants to make him second in command some day, but he’s got some vices that even the boss can’t control. When a member of the crew believes he is having a sexual affair with his wife and confronts him with it at the boss’ party, all hell breaks loose and even the boss can’t stop this train wreck. Later that night while Johnny is relaxing in the hot tub, Lou and his cronies confront him with the accusation that he is sleeping with his wife. A fight ensues and someone ends up dead. The boss is not going to be happy if he finds a dead guy in his hot tub.
