Alfredo is being prepared for his own funeral by the two funeral parlor owners, Isabel and Manuela. But Alfredo isn’t really dead and he rises from his coffin, while the two ladies are distracted. And thus, the reborn Alfredo initiates his demand to find his young widow. After a long journey to his home, he finds his wife, Helena, near the door, ready to go to his funeral. Alfredo calls his beloved wife, and she cannot believe that her husband is, indeed, alive. Helena asks Alfredo to close his eyes pledging that soon they will be together. Alfredo hears a rumble that makes him open his eyes, his wife just threw herself into a front of a car, and lays dead, in the middle of the road. This story ends with Helena being prepared by Isabel and Manuela for her own funeral.
