A young reclusive woman receives an intriguing letter from a stranger who preempts her actions. She begins a correspondence with the stranger that affects her artwork, thoughts and actions. It evolves that she is writing to herself when the mountain of letters pile up in her attic, eventually attacking and killing her. |
