Lodger on the 2nd Floor (2013)

A returned WWII soldier, Lon Dmytryk, struggling with his loss of humanity as a result of the war, finally snaps when he brutally murders his wife and flees to the countryside. As his gas tank runs dry, Lon finds himself at The Chaney House— a mysterious boarding house run by the disquieting Anthony Ziska— where something isn’t quite right.
