‘Questions of Art’ explores the minds of three sculpture artists of different caliber and inspiration. Mike Lindsay is a passionate yet struggling artist who makes his living making ornamental sculptures, such as hand rails and fire place settings. Rick Parsons is considered an emerging artist. Rick is the head of the sculpture department at the world famous Anderson Ranch Arts Center. James Surls a world renowned sculpture artist with a 4,000 Square foot studio that can barely hold his magnificent collection of work. He has work showcased in museums around the country including New York, Houston, and Santa Fe. By intertwining their stories, ‘Questions of Art’ explains what its like to be an artist.
